Development plans for Epstein's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.
Furthermore contained in this recent image drop appears to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up development schemes to transform the substantial island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is covered in red pen markings and features a key identifying different areas of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be nine other site drawings and architectural plans, such as layouts for dock shelters.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the current investigative release.
