The British boxer prepares to battle the American YouTuber in an eight-round contest which will be shown live on the streaming platform.
Briton Joshua said he will "overwhelm entirely" the American and "overpower" the American as the pair met personally to promote next month's boxing match.
Ex two-time unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua faces social media star turned fighter Jake Paul - in what is, theoretically, a massive mismatch - at Miami Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Fighter's Mentality
"I will damage his features and break his body up. I aim to demonstrate I'm superior," Joshua, 35, declared.
"I will dominate him completely. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I intend to genuinely try to injure him. That's my goal."
Respectful Interaction
Despite these statements, a calm Joshua and internet personality Paul - usually famous for his showmanship - exchanged pleasantries and maintained decorum with each other.
Jake Paul rather criticized ex Joshua opponent Francis Ngannou and described him as "not serious" after the Cameroonian declined a fight offer.
Taking Aim at Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, criticized British rival Tyson Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' claims he will make on a victory for Paul.
"[Paul] is better than Fury - he showed up," the boxer stated.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Fighter
In spite of stating he plans to damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua chose not to comment unfavorably about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake is a credible opponent," he remarked.
Jake Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the Disney Channel - has mostly fought mixed martial artists or faded names since turning professional.
He was defeated by British fighter Tommy Fury in last year.
Financial Success
However, the inexperienced fighter continues to be one of the sport's biggest money-making draws, regularly earning huge earnings.
Forecast and Belief
The 28 year old forecast a KO victory in the fourth or fifth round and asserted he would stop the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is allegedly in the works for 2026.
"It will be myself against Tyson Fury in the coming year," Jake Paul stated.
Size Disparity
As the two fighters engaged in the traditional confrontation, with their size difference on show, it drove home just how surprising this complete situation is - and how astonishing it is that the match is truly happening.
